Nutella is a chocolate-hazelnut spread that contains a high amount of sugar and fat. While it does contain some hazelnuts, the overall nutritional profile of Nutella is not very balanced. A typical serving of Nutella (about 2 tablespoons) contains around 200 calories, 12 grams of fat (including saturated fat), and 21 grams of sugar.
Having a high-sugar breakfast can lead to a rapid spike in blood sugar levels, which may result in a subsequent crash and feelings of fatigue or hunger later in the morning. It's generally recommended to opt for a breakfast that provides a good balance of nutrients to sustain your energy levels throughout the day.

to include it in your breakfast occasionally, it's best to do so in moderation and consider balancing it with healthier options. For example, you can spread a thin layer of Nutella on whole-grain toast and pair it with some sliced fruit or a source of protein like Greek yogurt or a boiled egg.
Remember, a healthy breakfast should ideally include a mix of whole grains, protein, healthy fats, and fruits or vegetables to provide sustained energy, and essential nutrients, and promote overall well-being.
