The judging panel includes sensory specialists and members of the IICCT Alumni. Competitions take place in an expanding array of countries and regions globally, covering both bean-to-bar and craft chocolatier categories. The champions from regional competitions convene at the World Final, an event dedicated to honoring the finest submissions of the year.
