Kristina @Verizon was an absolute rockstar when it comes to what she does. Unfortunate that others are not trained in customer service or empathy and I can finally understand what all my customers were telling me years ago. It's fine, though. New carrier.

@VenetiaSpencer @aleshadalin @ATT Yes, I have had similar issues. Verizon seems to constantly try to sneak charges in just to see who’ll question them. I recently found out I hadn’t received credit for going paperless until I complained. Caveat Emptor these day, especially with cell phone companies.

So @TMobileHelp promises theyd pay verizon off directly then turns around and says that cannot do so. All these telecom companies customer service is downright Terrible. i thought Verizon was bad... all these companies refuse to put anything in writing

@TMobileHelp @NevilleRay I have 5G service there. It just takes much longer to send and receive messages compared to my dads phone on Verizon sending and receiving the same messages in a group text.
