Noisette (2024)

"Noisette is Beyond Annoying. It takes a noisier noise than The Noise's noise to annoy The Noise."
— Toppinbot.

Noisette is the girlfriend of The Noise, who runs a cafe aptly named "Noisette Café." During his campaign, she acts as his sidekick, leading him to the level exits and opening the boss gates for him.

Description[]

She has the same body type as The Noise, having a large, constantly open mouth and long nose, and being short in height. She wears a pink overall dress over a white sleeveless shirt, and red shoes. She also wears a pink mask adorned with bunny-like ears from which her hair protrudes in a similar curve shape to The Noise’s mustache. Her appearance in the artwork made for the soundtrack release reveals that she wears a pink headband when she isn't wearing her mask. Earlier art shows her with a lighter pink overall dress with red buttons and an equally-lighter pink mask, according to a comic and one of The Noise’s older taunts, and a red undershirt instead of a white one.

She has appeared one of the Peppino & Noise Comics (where she is depicted as the Noise's greatest fear), in Fast Food Saloon playing a card game with Pizzaface, and on a poster in Don't Make A Sound. Noisette also appears during The Noise's boss fight to drag him away (much to his terror), and inside a secret room in Slum serving a drink to The Vigilante, where she will present a large tip jar whenever Peppino approaches her.

When playing as The Noise, she assumes Mr. Stick's role. When given the money collected for the boss gate, she will give Noise a big kiss on the cheek before flying away. She will also replace Mr. Stick during Pizza Time, guiding the player to the level's gate. Noisette joins Noise (alongside a Noisey and the Bucket) in The Crumbling Tower of Pizza.

She also appears in two of the final rankings of The Noise's campaign. If the player gets a ranking below 50%, The Noise will blame Noisette, to which she responds by angrily sticking her tongue out at him. If the player gets a ranking anywhere between 72% to 82%, Noise will instead shift blame onto Gerome as Noisette looks at him unamused.

After buying all of the boss gates, a Noisette-esque bunny will appear in Staff Only, replacing Mr. Mooney. If the player gives the Noisette bunny the remaining $80, they will recieve the "Feminine Side" clothes.

Trivia[]

  • Her name is just simply Noise with the -ette suffix to denote her as being his female version, akin to Toad and Toadette.
  • Noisette's name is the French translation for hazelnut.
  • Noisette was planned to run the tower's gift shop, where players could buy clothes, tips and tricks, such as how to do the harder moves, OST CDs, including unused tracks, and more; however this has been scrapped.
  • Noisette was going to appear in one of The Noise's taunts, but it was later scrapped.
  • Noisette was going to be disguised as a character Mr. Incognito in a conceptualized comic about Peppino and Gustavo in the desert. Mr. Incognito would antagonize them. He wears a fedora, a trench coat, gloves, and shoes.
  • Before PTG revealed Mr. Incognito's identity, many noted his similarities to Mr. Stick, however it was confirmed that it is not him. The reason their identity was revealed outside of the comic was because the comic was confirmed to never be finished.
  • In the ToppinBot portrait for Noisette, she is seen wearing a darker red undershirt with a purple overall dress. This may have been either a mistake or an even earlier version of Noisette’s color scheme.**An older version of said portrait has Noisette with a red long-sleeve shirt with pink stripes on the sleeves. Also worth mentioning this seems to be heavily edited from the main artwork of Noise's Hardoween, just to make it look like Noisette.
