The ingredients needed for the Tikki Chaat recipe is divided into two parts: Ingredients for Aloo TikkiBoiled potatoes: 3Matar: ½ cupChana Dal: ¼ cupCorn Starch: 1 tspRed chilli powder: 1 tspSalt: To tasteTurmeric Powder: 1 teaspoonMango Powder: 1 teaspoonCumin Powder: 1 teaspoonHing: ¼ teaspoonOil: For shallow fryingCoriander leaves: ¼ cupIngredients for Aloo Tikki Chaat RecipeDahi: 1 cupMint Chutney: ¼ cupSweet Chutney (Tamarind): ¼ cupSev: As per preferenceFreshly chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoonStep by step instructions to make the Aloo Tikki Chaat recipeTo make this Aalu Tikki chaat start by soaking the peas for more than 5 hours. Pressure cook the peas with some salt and enough water. Cook it on low flame for 3 whistles, once cooked strain the excess water.To cook the potatoes, boil the potato and place it in the fridge for it to cool down. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium flame, shallow fry the Tikkis so that both sides are evenly cooked. Before flipping to the other side, ensure that it is crisp on one side and then turn it to the other side so that it does not break while cooking. Making the Aloo Tikki ChaatTake the curd and whisk it until it turns into a smooth consistency. Take the Tiki on a plate, add curd, mint chutney, sweet chutney, and salt as per taste. Sprinkle the Sev, chopped coriander, and serve hot.
