Peppino Spaghetti[]
Peppino Spaghetti is the main protagonist of Pizza Tower. A struggling pizza chef and owner of his pizzeria, Peppino's Pizza, threatened for destruction, he sets his quest to stop Pizzaface from blowing up the pizzeria by climbing the titular Pizza Tower. He's the mod's main opponent, faced off in Delivery, Bloodsauce and Sainte, but also the player's character in Halloween Party, facing off the Noise instead.
Appearance[]
Peppino is depicted as a portly balding Italian chef with fair skin, black hair, a long nose and a small mustache, usually having a worried/anxious expression. He sports a black T-shirt under a white tank top, black pants and boots, as well as a chef's hat.
In Bloodsauce, after losing his temper, his expression contorts into one of rage, clenching his fists, and dismisses his microphone. In a cartoonish manner, smoke comes out of his head and his skin turns all red.
During Sweet Mayhem, he is seen carrying Pillar John, on which Girlfriend is reanimating Snick, on his back while running in the background.
In Sainte, he dons a red tank top and a PNG of a red Christmas hat, instead of his usual chef's hat. Additionally, his skin is green, just like the Grinch.
In Halloween Party, he scraps both his tank top and T-shirt, rendering him bare-chested, in favor for white gloves and a black bow tie.
Personality[]
Peppino is shown to have a frail and rough emotional state, as he constantly jungles between anxiety and anger. Nonetheless, he displays happiness when he accomplishes something, for example when saving John in the original game's True Ending, while being shown as fair player towards the imposed rules, unlike his rival.
Trivia[]
- Peppino isn't able to afford an apron, thus opting to wear a tank top instead.
- Acoording to the unused loading screens, the reason as to why his skin turns red after Delivery is explained by the Heat Meter reaching its maximum.
- His appearance in "Bloodsauce" is a direct nod to the Pepper Pizza, granting Peppino a red skin and a fiery spin in the original game.
- His screaming animation is also a direct reference to the flying animation after eating the said pizza.
- His palette in "Sainte" comes from Pizza Tower's Christmas Race build, in which players had three minutes to get across the unique level, with a chance of winning a free month access to the game's Patreon.
- Peppino's vocals have been changed twice over the course of the mod.

The Noise[]
Theodore Noise, better known as The Noise or simply Noise, is a main antagonist, as well as a playable character, in Pizza Tower. He's an actor and news anchor for the show "Noise Television" (NTV for short), serving also as the Italian chef's rival. He's also the opponent of Sweet Mayhem, Grunch, Bone In My Mic and Halloween Party, facing either Boyfriend or Peppino.
Appearance[]
The Noise appears as a short and overly cartoony gremlin with a long nose, and short black hair. His mouth is usually seen with a singular bucktooth, albeit it frequently changes into a full set of teeth or even, if provoked or angered, into a set of sharp monstrous fangs. He wears a worn down yellow superhero costume, a darker yellow cape, as well as white gloves. In Sweet Mayhem, he rides a rocket that strikes a resemblance with him, while promoting to look at him.
In Grunch, he takes on a different palette, closely resembling his Italian rival. He dons a red costume, and a white cape, as well as a red Christmas hat. Just like Peppino, to look like the Grinch, his skin is all green.
During Bone In My Mic, his outfit consists of a simple color change: while he does have the same cape, his superhero costume goes from yellow to a light navy blue. His microphone also changes color, going from a light blue/gray to golden.
Halloween Party uses the Noise's old design. While it is very similar to his final design, it presents some differences. For instance, his overall outfit is much more reminiscent of pizza, as shown by the pizza design on top of his hat, as well as on his costume.
Personality[]
The Noise's personality contrasts Peppino's one, being much more confident than the latter. The Noise is usually shown with a goofy personality, acting in a childish and immature manner. He shows little to no concern for others, shown by his tendancy to do pranks, or his indifference towards the lives of the gnomes, but he can also put up a much more devilish appearance if angered. He seems aware of the fourth wall and likes to break it, while being shown to be unfair unlike his rival, by his habit of cheating against the imposed rules. Nonetheless, it is implied that part of his personality is just a persona, as shown by one of his idle instances.
Trivia[]
- The reason the floor disappears in Bloodsauce is because The Noise threw a bomb into the stage from off screen.
- The palette used in Bone In My Mic originates from a demo build made for Halloween, entitled "Noise's Hardoween", in which a harder version of "Pizzascape" was playable, that would eventually become "Pizzascare".
- This is also the same build in which the palette used for Grunch originates from.
